What is measured and delivered
Our static pilot checks reachable HTML pages, status and redirect behavior where available, titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, headings, structured data, internal links, robots directives, and sitemap coverage. We also look for basic page structure that helps people and crawlers understand a document. The deliverable is a concise list of observed conditions, affected URLs, and evidence that can be reviewed without trusting a black box.
The baseline can identify a missing canonical, a duplicate title, a broken internal destination, invalid JSON-LD, or a page absent from the declared sitemap. It does not turn those observations into an assumed ranking forecast. Recommendations stay tied to the condition that prompted them, so a team can choose which fixes belong in its next work cycle.
Evidence-led process
We begin with an agreed public starting URL and follow permitted, same-site links within a polite, bounded request plan. Each response is considered in context: the URL requested, the response received, the document metadata, and the links or structured data found in that document. We then compare the observed routes with the site's robots file and sitemap. This makes coverage and omissions visible instead of hiding them in a single score.
Facts are kept separate from interpretation. A report can say what was fetched, what was not reachable, and what needs a human check. If the site changes, the same checks can be run again and differences can be discussed against the earlier evidence.
Boundaries and access needs
A crawl is bounded by the supplied site, public reachability, and request limits. It is not a guarantee that every page, search engine, or search result was observed. Private areas, login-protected content, blocked resources, JavaScript-only routes, and third-party platforms may need separate handling. Search Console, PageSpeed, analytics, and third-party datasets require the relevant property access and are not implied by this page.

No. It records technical and structural evidence. Ranking or search-performance analysis needs an identified data source and appropriate access.
Do you need a site login?
